Mixing of Lawful Things with others in Something

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مُصَدِّقِ بْنِ صَدَقَةَ عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) وَ قَدْ قَالَ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْجِرِّيِّ يَكُونُ فِي السَّفُّودِ مَعَ السَّمَكِ فَقَالَ يُؤْكَلُ مَا كَانَ فَوْقَ الْجِرِّيِّ وَ يُرْمَى مَا سَالَ عَلَيْهِ الْجِرِّيُّقَالَ وَ سُئِلَ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الطِّحَالِ فِي سَفُّودٍ مَعَ اللَّحْمِ وَ تَحْتَهُ خُبْزٌ وَ هُوَ الْجُوذَابُ أَ يُؤْكَلُ مَا تَحْتَهُ قَالَ نَعَمْ يُؤْكَلُ اللَّحْمُ وَ الْجُوذَابُ وَ يُرْمَى بِالطِّحَالِ لِأَنَّ الطِّحَالَ فِي حِجَابٍ لَا يَسِيلُ مِنْهُ فَإِنْ كَانَ الطِّحَالُ مَثْقُوباً أَوْ مَشْقُوقاً فَلَا تَأْكُلْ مِمَّا يَسِيلُ عَلَيْهِ الطِّحَالُ .
1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ahmad ibn al-Hassan ibn Ali from ‘Amr ibn Sa‘id from Musaddiq ibn Sadaqah from ‘Ammar ibn Musa who has said the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said that he was asked about eel and fish on roasting bars on fire. He (the Imam) said, ‘Whatever is above the eel can be used for food but not what is below; and if anything has dropped from eel, it must be thrown away.’ He (the Imam) said that he was asked about a spleen on roasting bars with meat and underneath there is bread with al-Judha’b (a kind of sandwich); if what is below can be used for food. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, the meat and sandwich can be used for food but the spleen must be thrown away because it has a barrier and nothing drips out of it unless a hole is made in it or a cut, in which case you must not eat the items on which drops have fallen from the spleen. 5 ”

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مَرَّارٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْهُمْ ( عليهم السلام ) قَالَ سُئِلَ عَنْ حِنْطَةٍ مَجْمُوعَةٍ ذَابَ عَلَيْهَا شَحْمُ الْخِنْزِيرِ قَالَ إِنْ قَدَرُوا عَلَى غَسْلِهَا أُكِلَتْ وَ إِنْ لَمْ يَقْدِرُوا عَلَى غَسْلِهَا لَمْ تُؤْكَلْ وَ قِيلَ تُبْذَرُ حَتَّى تَنْبُتَ .
2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ’Isma‘il ibn Marrar from Yunus from ‘A’immah, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, who have said the following: A’immah , ‘Alayhim al-Salam, were asked about a certain amount of wheat on which the fat of pigs has melted. He (the Imam) said, ‘If they can wash it they must do so and use it for food;but if they cannot wash it then they can use it as seed to grow a plantation. 5 ”
