4 hadiths
1
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) لا تُنْزِلُوا النِّسَاءَ بِالْغُرَفِ وَلا تُعَلِّمُوهُنَّ الْكِتَابَةَ وَعَلِّمُوهُنَّ الْمِغْزَلَ وَسُورَةَ النُّورِ.
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from af-Nawfafiy from af-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘You must not lodge women in a chamber, do not teach them writing (that would lead to unlawful behavior), but teach them the spinning wheel and Chapter 24 of the Quran.’”

2- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَسْبَاطٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ سَالِمٍ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) لا تُعَلِّمُوا نِسَاءَكُمْ سُورَةَ يُوسُفَ وَلا تُقْرِءُوهُنَّ إِيَّاهَا فَإِنَّ فِيهَا الْفِتَنَ وَعَلِّمُوهُنَّ سُورَةَ النُّورِ فَإِنَّ فِيهَا الْمَوَاعِظَ.
2. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ali ibn Asbat from his uncle Ya’qub ibn Salim in a marfu’ manner who has said the following: “‘Amir al-Mu’minin, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘You must not teach your women chapter twelve of the Quran and do not read it for them; in it there is sedition, instead teach them Chapter twenty-four of the Quran because in it there are exhortations.’”

3- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الأشْعَرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ الْقَدَّاحِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) أَنْ يُرْكَبَ سَرْجٌ بِفَرْجٍ.
3. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ja’far ibn Muhammad al-Ash’ariy from ibn al-Qaddah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has prohibited riding of a female’s genital organ on a saddle.’”

4- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ يُونُسَ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ الأعْوَرِ قَالَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) لا تَحْمِلُوا الْفُرُوجَ عَلَى السُّرُوجِ فَتُهَيِّجُوهُنَّ لِلْفُجُورِ.
4. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ’Abd Allah from Muhammad ibn Ali from abu Ishaq from al-Harith al-‘A’war who has said the following: “’Amir al-Mu’minin, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘You must not allow female organs to ride on saddle to excite them for indecent and sinful acts.’”
