Reward of making a believer happy

حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَی بْنِ الْمُتَوَکِّلِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی عَلِیُّ بْنُ الْحُسَیْنِ السَّعْدَآبَادِیُّ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَرْقِیِّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِیٍّ عَنْ أَبِی حَمْزَهَ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع مَنْ سَرَّ امْرَأً مُؤْمِناً سَرَّهُ اللَّهُ یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَهِ وَ قِیلَ لَهُ تَمَنَّ عَلَی رَبِّکَ مَا أَحْبَبْتَ فَقَدْ کُنْتَ تُحِبُّ أَنْ تَسُرَّ أَوْلِیَاءَهُ فِی دَارِ الدُّنْیَا فَیُعْطَی مَا تَمَنَّی وَ یَزِیدُهُ اللَّهُ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ مَا لَمْ یَخْطُرْ عَلَی قَلْبِهِ مِنْ نَعِیمِ الْجَنَّهِ.
1. Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) said, “One who keeps a believer happy, the Almighty Allah will make that person happy on the Day of Judgment and he will be told to ask for whatever he wants as a reward of keeping the lovers of Allah happy in the world. Therefore He would give you whatever you desire and Allah would bestow such bounties of Paradise as you have not even imagined.”
